This 90 minute in-depth session includes a detailed review of your medical, lifestyle, and wellness history, a thorough discussion of your concerns, and evaluation of labs or imaging as needed. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Yes, you will receive a detailed packet via email containing questions about your medical history. Please ensure that the completed packet is submitted at least 24 hours prior to your wellness assessment.
You can schedule your consultation at a time that works best for you. We try to accommodate appointments as soon as possible, but availability may vary depending on practitioner schedules.

Not at this time. Using a direct care model gives us the freedom to explore patient concerns on a deeper level that targets the root causes of illness, and not focus on insurance reimbursement and prior authorization. You will get a superbill from us to give to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance regarding your plan to see if they will reimburse. Please note, we do not bill insurance directly.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.
You can go to a lab covered by your insurance or go to a lab with direct pay. Depending on studies requested by your doctor and your copays, we will help you find the most cost-effective path.
